Shipping Policy

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability.
Customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS once the order is shipped.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout before payment.
Floriont is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Unexpected courier delays due to weather, public holidays, or operational issues may occur.
Customers must report shipping-related issues within 5 days of delivery.
In case of failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability, re-delivery may depend on courier policies.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
A flat ₹200 return handling fee will be applicable on all approved returns.
Return requests must be initiated within the 5-day return window.
Products showing signs of use, damage, stains, perfume, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
Customers must share order details and relevant images, if requested, while applying for a return.
Once the return request is approved, return instructions will be shared by the Floriont support team.
Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
Floriont reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the policy conditions.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
Customers must raise refund or return requests within 5 days of delivery.
A flat ₹200 return handling fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or shared bank account details.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless an incorrect or damaged item was delivered.
Products returned in used, damaged, washed, or non-original condition will not qualify for a refund.
In case of prepaid order cancellation before dispatch, the refund will be processed accordingly.
Floriont reserves the right to decline refunds that do not meet the policy requirements.

Cancellation Policy

* Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
* Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
* Approved prepaid order cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
* Customers may request cancellation by contacting the Floriont support team with their order details.
* Orders cancelled after shipment will be treated under the Return Policy after delivery.
* Floriont reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspicious activity.
* In case Floriont cancels an order from our end, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
* COD orders that are repeatedly refused may be restricted from placing future COD orders.
